I would instead advise you to wear leggings or other light loose clothing on the plane. You can wear them under your pants if needed in Copenhagen.

A cardigan will be more useful than a hoodie, as it can go from casual to dressy. Add in a cute light scarf too.

What do you think OP would win by having a 12L smaller bag? It doesn't look like they will be hiking in the mountains, so unless they have health issues where they can't carry a 40L (which is not huge by any measure) they should go with that.

You are fine on Norwegian as long as you added an overhead bag to a Flex fare or booked Low Fare+ or Flex. But the weight is 10 kg or (15kg for Flex).

    You have track pants plus sweat pants. Those are essentially duplicates. I would instead advise you to wear leggings or other light loose clothing on the plane. You can wear them under your pants if needed in Copenhagen. A cardigan will be more useful than a hoodie, as it can go from casual to dressy. Add in a cute light scarf too. You may want a light puffer for Copenhagen. The temps range from 5-9C at the end of October. Edit: also, the jeans and chinos are heavy and bulky. If you can swap one of them out for a lighter quick dry pant you will have more room for souvenirs.

    40L is probably overkill, I'd aim for 28L. These are some things to consider not bringing: • Travel Pillow (some people can't go without these, but worth considering if you really need it) • Water bottle (I find just buying a bottle of water on the go is much easier and lightweight) • Full-size Deodorant (check if it fits size restrictions for international flights and if a smaller one runs out you can always buy more) • Pants (this can be very subjective, but could you do just one of the Jeans/Chinos and just one of the Track/Sweat pants? Four sets of full length pants would take up a lot of space but might not add much value) Remember: worse case, you end up realising you didn't bring something you needed, you can always buy something at the places you're going.     I brought my 46l Porter last month for 14 days, and it was more than large enough. The only reason I even brought that large was because I knew I was bringing souvenirs home (beer and candy for friends). I definitely could have done 28l if I wasn't being a snack Santa on the way home. 40l + a 10l sling is a lot of room. You have a lot of pants on that list. 3oz of colonge? That's a lot, can you decant? Do you actually need a water bottle?
