i have an old tube cut down to about 4" and cleaned a bit. i shove my multi tool, extra tube, co2, etc in that. keeps it all together nicely and fits in my jersey pocket.

    On the counter at home. I never used it, and it's easier to just stop and get more water if needed. I usually hydrate before the ride anyway.

    I usually have a small hand pump attached to my frame so I can't leave it. It goes under one of my bottle holders and doesn't get in the way. Not entirely sure why you're choosing an electric pump for an "emergencies only" kind of toolkit. Similarly with the inner tube and puncture repair kit. If this is your basic toolkit which is meant to keep you moving and get you home surely just an inner tube is plenty. Unless for some reason one if your wheels is tubed and the other tubeless. Also things like top tube bags exist which would hold these much better than a jersey pocket
