  40L的背包对于这次旅行来说是否过大？ 完全不会。只带随身行李旅行很完美，而且你也不必把它塞得满满的。 话虽如此，你带的衣服太多了。带够一周的衣物，洗一次衣服，就能撑到回家。 再加一件基本的、经典的黑色小礼服（或者你喜欢的任何“正装”搭配）和平底鞋，以便突然参加使馆派对、去高档酒吧或餐厅等。 发胶/洗发水/护发素/保湿霜等可以最多100毫升/3.4盎司。 我喜欢像Repel这样的旅行伞，远胜于雨衣，但这是个人偏好。 你的耳机/耳塞是降噪的吗？在长途飞行和嘈杂的住宿中，这是改变游戏规则的东西。 研究一下Wealthsimple卡。对加拿大人来说，它比Wise更好。 扫描你的护照和重要文件，保存到手机和云端。 你没有提到预算、旅行风格、季节或荷兰以外的目的地，但祝你玩得开心。恭喜你的第一次旅行。旅途愉快。

  Is a 40L pack overkill for this trip? Not at all. Travelling with carry-on luggage only is perfect and it's not like you have to pack it to bursting. That said, you're bringing a lot of clothes. Bring enough for one week, do one laundry and you're good until you return home. Throw in one basic, quintessential black cocktail dress (or whatever "dress-up" combo you prefer) and flats for crashing an Embassy party, hitting a high-end bar or restaurant, etc. Hair gel/shampoo/conditioner/moisturizer/etc. can be up to 100ml/3.4 ounces. I like a travel umbrella like Repel way more than a rain jacket but that's a personal preference. Are your headphones/earbuds noise cancelling? It's a game changer on long flights and noisy accommodation. Investigate the Wealthsimple card. It beats Wise for Canadians. Scan your Passport and important documents and save them to your phone and the Cloud. You give no clue of budget, travel style, time of year or where you'll be outside of the Netherlands but have a fantastic time. Congrats on your first trip. Happy travels.

  Thanks alot for the in depth reply. Im also very new to reddit so hard to make a solid post without forgetting things. I do have noise canceling earbuds they are the galaxy buds 2. I also have a pair of open ear monster clip on buds. Im sure youre going to suggest I use the galaxy buds. But it doesnt hurt to ask which you think? I will be in paris for 4 days then Amsterdam for 4 days and then Sweden - Malmo to be specific to end the trip. Flying in and out from copenhagen tho! I have already signed up and setup my wise card and converted funds so I hope everything works out with it. I chose this route as my credit card is super basic and would have a crazy exchange rate plus a interest percent on every purchase. Wise seemed like a good fit from the research I did. But I am curious what would make wealthsimple a better option? Going to be traveling on October 7-19. Budgeted out $1900 cad for the entire trip to cover food, trains/uber, and spending cash for little things. All of my flights accommodations and site seeing tickets have been pre booked and will nkt eat into the $1900 budget. I converted 80% of those funds into euros,sek,dkk. The remainder is just a buffer for top ups if need be. I also plan to take out about £100 cash incase. Hope that gives better context! Also traveling with my girlfriend who plays Roller derby and the championships are being held in Malmo sweden so that was the main reason for this trip! She has the same budget and is using a 30L backpack plus her Derby gear as carry on and Personal item. If worst case scenario we have to check a bag. All of our flights have a checked bag that was included in the ticket. But i wanted to try to not have to worry ablut checking.

  1.) Monster耳塞不是主动降噪（ANC），所以对我来说没用。我不喜欢带两样东西来做一件事。 2.) Wise卡绝对没问题。Wealthsimple的优势在于退还所有ATM费用，同时达到或超过Wise提供的外汇交易汇率。我也认为它的应用更好，但这只是我个人看法。 3.) 每天146加元，不包括交通/住宿/主要景点，这很棒。你会非常舒适，偶尔还能挥霍一下。 你处理得非常好。在马尔默玩得开心，Crime City Rollers很火，哈哈。 旅途愉快。

  1.) The Monsters aren't ANC (Active Noise Cancelling) so they'd be useless for me. I don't like to bring two different things to do one job. 2.) There's absolutely nothing wrong with the Wise card. The Wealthsimple just has the advantage of refunding all ATM fees while still meeting/beating the foreign transaction rates that Wise offers. I also think the app is way better, but that's just me. 3.) $146 CAD/day not including transport/accommodation/major sights is excellent. You will be very comfortable and will be able to splash out every now and then. You have this very well handled. Have a gas in Malmo, the Crime City Rollers are hot, haha. Happy travels.

  40L没问题，但你的衣服太多了，这是我第一次欧洲旅行时犯的错误。你带了洗衣片，就不需要9条内裤和6双袜子，减到5条和4双，中途在旅馆水槽洗一次。另外扔掉颈枕，它占了40L背包的四分之一，而且你在飞机上戴着它，不是放在包里。

  40l is fine but your clothes are overkill, thats the mistake i made my first europe trip. you dont need 9 underwear and 6 socks when you packed laundry sheets, cut it to 5 and 4 and do one hostel sink wash halfway. also ditch the neck pillow, it eats a quarter of a 40l and you wear it on the plane anyway, not in the bag

  差不多是的，其他看起来没问题。我在意大利待了一个月，只带一个包，每隔几天换城镇，实际穿的衣服大概就是四件衬衫轮换。你很快就会找到自己的节奏，旅途愉快。

  pretty much yeah, the rest looks fine. i did a month in italy with one bag moving towns every few days and the stuff i actually wore was like four shirts on rotation anyway. youll figure out your own rhythm fast, have a great trip
