我（22岁男）正在计划我人生第一次背包旅行，今年秋天去意大利两周。我会走很经典的路线：飞过去，坐巴士和火车出行，住青旅。我其实很习惯荒野背包，但从没做过这种旅行式背包，所以对这类旅行的装备很没经验。我最大的问题是关于包，我的航班只包含一件随身行李，而且我本来也不喜欢背太多东西，所以我在想：我真的需要超过20L吗？我有一个mystery ranch 20L，我很喜欢，平时日用徒步都用它，但我在想它也许刚好能装下我两周所需的一切。因为我只会带几件衬衫和内裤，可以在青旅洗，而且如果我不带任何徒步装备，我真的看不出还有什么会占空间…… 有人有过类似旅行用这种容量的经验吗？你们的打包清单是什么？谢谢！

I (22M) am planning my very first travel backpacking trip in Italy for two weeks this automne. I'll be doing the quite classical : fly-in, travel by bus and rail and sleep in hostel. I'm actually quite used to wilderness backpacking but never did the travel kind of backpacking so i'm quite unexperiences when it comes to equipment for this kind of travel. My big question is about the bag, my flight only include a cabin luggage and I dont like to carry much on my back anyway so i'm wondering : do I really need more than a 20L ? I have a mystery ranch 20L that in love and usualy use for day hike, but i'm thinking that It might just fit everything i need for two weeks. Because i'll only be carrying a few shirt and underwear that I can wash in hostel, and if i don't have any hiking stuff i really dont see what could take up the space ... Do anyone have experience with such volume for similar trip ? What was your packing list ? Thanks !

是的，很多人都这么做。先列一个你觉得自己想要的打包清单，然后这里的人会帮你看看你的打包清单。至于能不能装下，取决于你的打包清单，以及你的衣服有多大、你怎么打包，所以最终你还是得把包打好看看。

Yes lots of people do this. Start with a packing list you think you want then people here will review your packing list. As for fitting it depends on your packing list and how big and how you pack your clothes so you will need to ultimately pack you bag and see

我用18L就能装下无限期旅行所需的一切，而且我还是T1D，需要带一大堆关键医疗用品。我一直觉得如果我能做到，那任何人都能做到！

I fit everything I need for infinite travel in an 18L and I'm T1D, requiring a ton of critical medical supplies. I always figure if I can do it, anyone can!

是的。我觉得它看起来有点傻，但很有效。很能引起话题。有100多个人走过来问他们在哪能买到，还有几个人指着笑😂。自2021年以来它一直是我的主力帽子。第一顶在每天使用4年后坏了。现在在用第2顶。风超过20mph（英里/小时）时需要按住帽子。到那种时候，我通常会换成连帽加遮阳帽檐。

Yes. I think it’s silly looking but effective. Quite a conversation piece. I have had 100+ people walk up and ask were they can get one, and several people point and laugh 😂. It’s been my primary hat since 2021. First broke after 4 years of everyday use. On hat #2. When wind is more than >20mph need to hold on to the hat. At that point I often switch to a hood + visor.
