Coleman帐篷防水失败后求问REI Kingdom 8

决定用推荐的产品给帐篷做防水，结果嘛……帐篷还是很烂。总之，想听听大家对 REI kingdom 8 的看法。看起来它生产时是款不错的帐篷。有人有在防水露营中使用它的亲身经验吗？

Decided to give it a go with waterproofing the tent with recommended products and well.....the tent still sucks. Anyway, looking for people's take on the REI kingdom 8. Looks like it was a nice tent when it was produced. Anyone have personal experience with it for waterproof camping?

不了。太麻烦了。我宁愿把它卖了，换一个能用得久的。我家人喜欢卡车露营。我在 marketplace 上只花了 100，所以估计也亏不了多少。教训学到了，以后买更好的装备。

Nah. Too much hassle. Id rather just sell it and get something that will last. My family digs truck camping. I only paid 100 on marketplace so I doubt ill lose much money on it. Lesson learned and buy better gear.

接缝处用了 Gear aid tf，外帐用了 nikwax。完全按照说明操作。还是到处漏水。

Gear aid tf on the seams and nikwax on the fly. Followed instructions to the T. Still leaked all over.

TF 是涂在外帐底面的织物密封胶 Seamgrip+SIL 是用来密封外侧接缝的，WP 用于内侧

TF is the fabric sealant for coating the underside of the fly Seamgrip+SIL is for seam sealing the outside, WP for inside
