Naturehike Village 13 Pro Instant Cabin Tent or Core 9 Person Instant Cabin Tent?

Looking for opinions on these two tents. Also open to other options, but it needs to be the "instant" style my husband takes the kids camping without a second adult fairly often. We won't be camping in snow, the coldest it would ever get would be mid-30s (and I'm not sure we'd realistically be camping in those conditions). Ideally something that could handle light rain and will last 8ish years.

I have a village 13 8p tent the base version (steel frame, the nicer version of the 8p tent uses aluminum for the frame). I like that it does not use fiberglass. We have used this on multiple trips this year and have liked it so far, it does fine in fairly constant 30mph wind (with just the tent staked down, no fly/guy lines, and poor placement of the tent in relation to the direction the wind was coming), no leaks in light rain, currently haven’t camped in worse conditions than that. The blackout is nice, we have used it. It’s easy enough to put up and take down. The mesh top is nice for stargazing from inside the tent if the weather is nice. The zippers are glow in the dark which is a nice detail, makes it easier to find in the dark. The zippers seem sturdy, so far haven’t had an issue with them. Can’t speak to the interior light bar, it has one, it works fine, we just don’t use it. Can set it up with just one person but it is easier with two. It’s also easier if you’re tall, I’m not so when I set it up by myself I put the fly on before extending each of the poles. I can also take it down by myself, I just collapse each pole before grabbing the fly, then fold in the tent. The bag has enough room so you don’t need to fold it perfectly to get it back into the carrying bag. The base version (steel) doesn’t come with enough poles, or at least it didn’t use to (I had to buy extra poles), while the upgraded version (aluminum) does come with enough poles. There aren’t many things we dislike about the tent. If I had to come up with one, it’s the probably that I wish there were more interior pockets/storage.
